Wes Cordell

Wes has over 14 years of experience in the field of Project Controls Management. He has worked on both sides of the business, contractor and client. This unique understanding allows him to bring a fair and balanced approach. Wes has led multiple teams on multimillion dollar TAR’s, Capital Projects, and New Construction expansions throughout the US and South America.

Steve Cordell

Steve has over 10 years of experience ranging from petrochemical industry to the private sector. As an industry leading scheduler, Steve has led projects throughout the U.S. and South America. He has also assisted in recruiting and training over 100 people in Primavera. Steve is well respected by both our clients and his colleagues.

Dwayne Pennington

Dwayne has over 30 years of industrial maintenance, TA and construction experience, of which includes more than 20 years of experience in Sr. project and project controls management as well as over 10 years of experience managing projects or programs greater than $500M. Dwayne’s qualifications include extensive experience in project management and execution, estimating, cost analysis, scheduling, planning, change management and earned value performance measurement.

Geri Chapman-Berry

Geri Chapman has spent the last 20 years of her career in Office Management and Human Resources. She came to us with over 30 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry, primarily in the heat treating field. During this time, she was President of her own hole watch/fire watch company within the Houston area. Geri has extensive experience in human resources, contract administration, benefit administration, payroll and accounting functions. She is very respected and well known in the recruitment of project management professionals.

Billing Manager

Belinda Delcomyn

Belinda has spent the majority of her career in Accounting and Office management, the last 12 years being in the oil and gas industry. She is highly knowledgeable in accounts receivable, cost analysis and collections. She has been a part of the WestPro family since March, 2023 as our Billing Manager. She has become a great asset to our team by maintaining our collections and processing WestPro billing in a timely manner.
